Girls tennis making early season racket

All levels of girls tennis ended the week at, or near, the top of their respective tournament matches at the high school courts.
Freshman Julia Jordan and Kinsey Tran took first place in the doubles bracket in the Freshman/JV tournament on Thursday.
Kaylee Carrillo and Jolaine Tran finished third in doubles while Nancy Keller took third in singles, rounding out a successful day for the freshmen.
Junior varsity player Goretti Tran finished first place in singles play.
Kaytlynn Schexineder and Alora Salihu completed medaling for the day, taking second in the doubles bracket.
In varsity girls tennis action Friday, seniors Kiley Weatherly and Bianca McManus won first place in the doubles A bracket while Krista Holbrook and Ashley Ipina took first place in B Bracket.
Allena Nuygen took second place in the singles A bracket while Diana Tran took second place in the singles bracket.
