All three of Port Neches-Groves’ girls basketball teams hope to keep the momentum going this week after each ended Friday with a win on the road against Vidor.

The team takes it 4-2 district record on the road again this week as it begins the second half of  21-5A play at Cleveland. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

The freshman team began Friday’s round of victories with a 38-10 win. The JV team followed that effort up with a 37-17 win.

Junior Mollee Priddy scored a career-high 31 points, pulling down 11 rebounds in the varsity team’s 49-38 win.
