Lannah Barbosa: An #NDNSatHOME Story
May 16, 2020
Lannah Barbosa is a senior at PN-G. On a normal school day, she is involved in HOSA, Press Club, band, pharmacology, NHS, Indians Give and UIL Academics. This is her #NDNSatHOME story.
Q: What’s the first thing you want to do when things go back to “normal?”
A: I’d like to go to the library and find a good book.
Q: What’s one positive thing you think you can pull away from this situation?
A: I’ve certainly gotten more sleep, lol.
Q: What have you learned about yourself while distance learning has been in place?
A: I’ve learned that I really like how spider webs look — they’re really pretty!
Q: If 2020 had a theme song what do you think it would be?
A: “School’s Out”… for Corona!
Q: Have you taken up any new hobbies with all the free time? What are they?
A: Well, I have gotten into taking pictures of spider webs.
Q: What’s your favorite distance learning class and why?
A: Probably HOSA, that’s because we haven’t done anything really stressing and she’s made efforts to communicate with us through Zoom.
Q: Finally, what message would you like to give to your fellow classmates?
A: I had a great time with yall, some of us hardly ever talked but it was nice.
