Channing Hebert is a senior at PN-G. On a normal school day, she is involved as the senior class secretary and Indianette Lieutenant. This is her #NDNSatHOME story.

Q: How do you keep yourself busy at home?
A: I keep myself busy by stretching, dancing, swimming and watching movies.

Q: What is something fun you’ve done this week?
A: I made homemade pasta from scratch with my family for dinner one night.

Q: What is one thing you have wanted to do this week?
A: I wanted to have my senior pictures on Saturday but, sadly, they got canceled.

Q: How do you like the online assignments? Are they easy or hard?
A: It’s a little challenging just because we’re doing our school work in a different environment than we’re used. Sometimes it’s hard to stay focused and not procrastinate but I’m glad we’re still being able to learn through all of this.

Q: What is one thing you miss from school? Why?
A: I miss seeing all my friends in Indianette class because we always have so much fun together and we were just starting to get ready for our spring show.

Q: How do you feel about no more toilet paper in the stores?
A: I think it’s crazy that it was the first thing everyone went for when this all started.

Q: What’s the most interesting thing you’ve seen or heard throughout this experience?
A: Our graduation is moved back to The Reservation for the first time since 2004!

Q: If you had one message to give to your classmates right now, what would it be?
A: I miss seeing y’all at school everyday. Stay positive that we will be able to finish our senior year together!
