Anthony Lisauckis: An #NDNSatHOME Story

Anthony Lisauckis is a senior at PN-G. On a normal school day, he is involved in varsity football and the National Honor Society. This is his #NDNSatHOME story.
Q: How do you keep yourself busy at home?
A: I keep myself busy at home by working out, playing video games, watching live streams, and catching up on sleep.
Q: What is something fun you’ve done this week?
A: “A fun thing I’ve done this week is definitely playing the new MLB: The Show ‘20.
Q: What is something fun you’ve wanted to do this week?
A: One thing I have wanted to do this week is go to the gym. I miss the weights.
Q: How do you like the online assignments? Are they easy or hard?
A: I really like the online assignments. They let me work at my own pace. I can take breaks when needed and can eliminate distractions. The assignments aren’t necessarily hard, but I have definitely had to invest myself into them.
Q: What is one thing you miss from school? Why?
A: One thing I really miss from school is seeing my teachers and friends. I also miss seeing the people that I don’t keep in contact with outside of school.
Q: How do you feel about no toilet paper in the stores?
A: The toilet paper situations is less than desirable to say at least. We have been fortunate enough to stay stocked, but I can’t imagine how the less fortunate are feeling.
Q: What’s the most interesting thing you’ve seen or heard throughout this experience?
A: The most interesting thing I’ve noticed during this tough time is how much you depend on the little things. Things that aren’t necessarily considered necessities. Normality is privilege, and we can’t take it for granted.
Q: If you had one message to send to your classmates right now, what would it be?
A: Stay on top of your work! Don’t get too lazy!
