The PN-G Indians football team will open its 2019 campaign with back-to-back games on the road, first taking on the Silsbee Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30 at Silsbee High School.

The Indians then travel to Huntsville, taking on the Hornets at Sam Houston State University’s Bowers Stadium at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 6.

year is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4 from 8 a.m. through Noon.

Sales for new season ticket customers begin Wednesday, June 5, from 8 a.m. until they’re sold out.

General admission tickets will be sold during the week of games, as usual. Prices are $5 for adults, $3 for students $3 and all tickets at the gate are $7.

Each of the Indians’ games are on Friday and begin at 7:30 p.m.

The team hosts Tomball for its home opener on Sept. 13, with Parent Night currently scheduled for that evening. The Indians then have an open week on Sept. 20 before hosting Baytown Lee for its District 12-5A-II opener — and Homecoming Game — on Sept. 27.

PN-G will hit the road again, travelling to Vidor the following week on Oct. 4 before another pair of games at The Reservation, first against Crosby (Oct. 11) and then Dayton (Oct. 18).

The Indians follow up that homestand with the second-longest road trip of the season, travelling to Santa Fe to face the Indians on Oct. 25.

The team then hosts Barbers Hill on Nov. 1 before travelling across Mid-County to face Nederland on Nov. 8.

Prior to its regular season beginning, the Indians have scheduled a pair of road scrimmages, the first at West Orange-Stark on Friday, Aug. 16 at 7 p.m., then at West Brook the following week on Friday, Aug. 23, also at 7 p.m.
